EasyDNA offers legal and non-legal DNA storage options. Both our legal (chain of custody) test and peace of mind test can be combined with a DNA profile result upon request; simply select this option during checkout.

Legal DNA Storage Option

• Chain of Custody DNA Storage kit to doctor, samples returned to lab for storage

Non-legal DNA Storage Option

• Peace of Mind Self Storage Kit Only includes 1 x Blood Spot FTA Card, 2x Blood Lancets, alcohol wipe, and storage pouch with desiccant

• Consent forms included for DNA Profile

Sample Type

All samples provided for DNA Storage will be sent via the FTA Card Blood Spot – using Qiagen card and lancet.
